We take our clients’ data security very seriously and implement measures in the following areas to ensure all data is safe and available:

Availability
TMS hosted architecture is based on the High Availability (HA) principle and implements web server farming and database replication. We have the measures and capability to quickly respond to a physical disaster in one local facility and spawn an additional server to avoid service interruption. If the disaster shuts down a whole hosting facility, we can declare an emergency and relocate the service to a different physical facility within a few hours, including East and West Coast locations.
Scalability
As a growing concern, we have developed measures to accommodate rapid growth for our clients as well as our offering. Each implementation is atomic in that separate database instances and app servers are provided for each client. We don’t implement a multi-tenant architecture as this is not the best method to secure your data. Your data is never co-mingled in any way with that of other clients. Also, we realize that with Performance Management in particular, usage spikes are unavoidable and therefore the TMS architecture supports activating additional physical web servers on demand as required.
This scalable architecture provides the highest availability of service in case of usage peaks or physical failure among web or database servers.
