The annual maintenance fee provides you with a consistently updated platform that incorporates all the standard industry updates and advances we are building every day.

The HR TMS Performance platform is built to be customized by non-technical users, but in the event that you develop requirements or needs beyond the current capabilities, we have several options tailored for you:

• As an HR TMS client, you are part of our Research and Development team.  We always take your ideas and suggestions very seriously. Again, we're growing with you and all relevant suggestions will be considered as part of future releases.
• We are your custom development team whenever you need custom work on a deadline. We are committed to helping you get things done! 
• For a nominal fee, we can add features, forms or workflow elements...anything you need but don't have the time to implement yourself.
