The ability to build forms over the web is such a unique capability that other software vendors have licensed this component to allow users to build forms for their own applications. What it means to you is that the forms your users interact with will look exactly the way you want them to and exhibit the functionality that you intend. In addition, no particular technical expertise is required to make changes to existing forms or create new ones. An HR power user or an HRIS person could easily master the form building process.
