Our Implementation process is precise but pain free! Here's how it all works:

1. Scoping Interview

At our expense, a TMS Performance Implementation Consultant will chat with you to develop a deep understanding of your current processes and your goals for a new system. 

2. Statement or Work

A TMS Performance Consultant will generate a detailed statement of work that will layout the project deliverables, scope, and cost as well as all required resources for the project.

3. Best Practices Consulting

Once you choose to work with TMS Performance a respected industry specialist will be introduced to the project, offering insights as well as solutions,  and lessons learned from other organizations and systems.

4. Working Prototype

Instead of a complex written description of software, we will produce a working prototype system that you can see, touch and fully understand. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a working model is invaluable.

5. A Sustainable System

TMS Consultants will guide and mentor your stakeholders during the implementation. When the project is complete you and your staff will be fully capable of operating and enhancing the system. We're here to help guide you through the whole process.
