Mitch Stephens, Principal
For over 25 years, Mr. Stephens has been solving problems for industry with simple, powerful software. As CTO and CEO he has launched numerous software products that make common business problems and back office functions easy, painless, and efficient. As a software architect and programmer, he developed many of the approaches to talent management that have become industry standards, particularly in performance management and compensation.
His successes include commercial releases with Report2Web, Redwood Software, OnSphere, and most recently, HCR Software, where he developed their industry-leading compensation software.
Mitch's clients have included Böwe Bell+Howell, NASA, Panasonic, Wake Forest Medical Center, US Department of Defense, and Wachovia.

Don Berman, Principal
Since 1989, Don Berman has spearheaded the introduction and adoption of HR and talent management applications and technology driven best practices at large and mid-sized companies throughout the U.S. As co-founder and Professional Services Lead, Don has helped guide HRTMS Talent Management solutions toward a new Job Description-centric model that resulted in HRTMS Jobs,--the market leader in Job Description Management. His expertise in compensation and performance management and their integration with IT have resulted in product developments including CompensationXL and PerformanceXL for HCR Software, a company he co-founded. Don also founded and served as CEO of CS Strategies, Inc., a New Jersey-based technology solutions provider. He has also served as manager of consulting services for InSci, and as technical marketing consultant/sales for both Viewpoint Systems and KnowledgeWare. His reputation for plotting talent and technical direction and conducting product evaluations to ensure adherence to business objectives is reaffirmed with each HRTMS implementation under his guidance.
