It all started in 2004 when a few former colleagues joined forces to create an HR software company that merged great technology with best practice and superior customer care. After a few years making strides in the talent management industry, one of our HRTMS Performance customers asked us to create a tool to help them manage their job descriptions. Before this, we were concentrated on Performance Management and Compensation Planning and never really thought about the importance of Job Description Management. The more we spoke with our current customers and those in the industry, the more we realized how underutilized job descriptions really were. So in 2010, we released the very first SaaS-based Job Description Management Tool, JDXpert (formerly known as HRTMS Jobs). This endeavor was so successful that in 2014 we decided to focus solely on our Job Information and Description Management tool in order to make it the most powerful Job Description Management system in the industry.
Today, with the help of our ever-growing team, we have established ourselves as a knowledgeable and innovative company who's left its mark in an industry that is still in its infancy. Not only have we helped define this space, our tool has helped numerous organization bring efficiencies to the way they manage their job information.
